As a voluntary run organisation, you will no doubt be fully aware of the importance difficulty and often time consuming nature of fund raising for league activities within your district. In response to this we should like to take this opportunity to propose an exciting and simple initiative. An initiative that will not only raise valuable funds but also reduce administration and provide local contacts for further fund raising and sponsorship.
As with every other league throughout the country you will issue ‘Fixture Lists’ to individual team representatives on a regular basis.
It is our understanding that, unlike the professional leagues this is often done on a monthly basis as opposed to once at the start of the season. These fixtures are then distributed to team members and or parents of etc.

This can often be a time consuming exercise for those concerned from an administrational standpoint.
Therefore it is our proposal to ‘buy’ those monthly fixtures (prior to general release) from your league and professionally compile them into an easily read format. We would then reprint them in full colour along with your leagues branding as well as that of the relevant F. A. and the football charter mark. These could then be distributed via the team representatives to all relevant recipients.
